You offer great insight and personal example how one can face seemingly insurmountable challenges, face down one's fears, and plot a coarse of action that contributes to one's healing process as much as does the most advanced medical treatments. The synergistic approach you promote of maintaining a healthy mind, body and spirit is spot on and I believe must be an integral part of the success achieved by many of the "miracle survivors" you interviewed for your book.
