		<description>Thanks for posting the information about visualization.  I have been diagnosed with diabetes and am still trying to wrap my brain around the requirements of food and exercise required- and I plan to use visualization with it too- so this was helpful.</description>

		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more...visualization was a HUGE part of my journey -- from the time of my mammogram and it continues today.  I had names for things, I could see things in my mind...with radiation, every time the machine zapped I visualized canons blasting away...the techs always played Pachelbel&#039;s Canon and D which I love but one day they made a &quot;mistake&quot; (according to them it was a &quot;mistake&quot;) and played the 1812 Overture.  I LOVED it!!!  Talk about action on the battlefield with my canons blasting any stray cells to smithereens.  When they apologized I explained why it hadn&#039;t bothered me and asked them to play it whenever I was in!!</description>
