How does a cruise sound?

Sounds good to me!
It’s getting cold, and I’m dreaming of the beach and warm weather. Even if you live in a warm climate, wouldn’t it be nice to be pampered on a cruise? There’s a cool contest for young breast cancer survivors that might give you that chance.
To enter, share your inspirational stories of a young mother who remained positive despite her diagnosis and the friends who encouraged her to keep on fighting. One winner will receive a cabin for two on the 2010 Breast Cancer Survivors Cruise, May 2-8, including airfare for the winner and guest to the cruise’s port city, Ft. Lauderdale. You’ll sail the Carnival Freedom Cruise Ship to Key West, FL; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands and Ocho Rios, Jamaica!
The contest is sponsored by Amoena USA Corporation, which manufatures post-surgery breast care products, and the Young Survival Coalition (www.youngsurvival.org), an organization devoted to the issues of young women and breast cancer.
To nominate someone who fits the bill, submit your story in 500 words or less on the online form available at www.amoena.com/cruise. Nominations will be accepted through March 1, 2010.
For more information about the cruise, visit http://www.breastcancerwellness.org/cruise.html. This looks like it’s a neat organization with a informative magazine, by the way.
Thanks to my friend Debba Haupert from Girlfriendology.com who passed this along to me.
