		<description>Glad you are reminding us of this Tami; I certainly need it.  And I find Byron Katie&#039;s Work (the work.com) is very helpful to stay centered. 

  Now when someone tells me something (like &#039;don&#039;t get stressed&#039;) I can see that it is the other person&#039;s business and I don&#039;t have to be in it.  Their caring for me is theirs, and i don&#039;t let it impact what&#039;s in my head.  

That&#039;s on a good day.  Then there are others and we all have them, I guess, and I love being reminded that I can stop and breathe and trust and know.</description>
